EHC 405 S 4-stroke petrol engine: high power for agriculture and construction

The STIHL EHC 405 S 4-stroke petrol engine provides you with a fixed-site, high-performance, sturdy power centre which is suitable for various agricultural and construction activities as well as for powering vehicles. A range of tools can be conveniently flanged onto the 19.05 mm (3/4" inch) diameter forged drive shaft to make your daily work easier.

The compact, reliable STIHL EHC 405 S provides up to 3.2 kW (4 hp) of power for a range of applications. Featuring low fuel consumption and a tank volume of 3.6 litres, it offers maximum capacity for uninterrupted working. The STIHL EHC 405 S is easy to operate and low-maintenance.

Thanks to its moisture-protected spark plug, it can even be used in adverse weather conditions. Other advantages include the easily accessible, continuously adjustable fuel tap and a protective shield on the exhaust.

The STIHL EHC 405 S also has a low-oil protection sensor which ensures that the engine is automatically switched off if there is not enough oil in the engine.
